Training in the MaritzCX™ platform

Besides supporting customers, we offer training of new and existing users of the MaritzCX™ platform. The training sessions will take place at the customer’s location and be built upon specific surveys, Customer Experience (CX) setup, and Voice Of Customer programs which the customer is to conduct in their organization.

Help with conduction of surveys

For existing users of the platform, we offer actual consultancy on data collection and analysis of data. In instance hereof could be help with preparation of the survey or help with securing anonymity when collecting sensitive data, i.e. handling of email invitations and email reminders.

Development of custom functionality in the platform

Although the MaritzCX™ platform is an advanced piece of software, it can sometimes be necessary to develop custom functionality in the system. Our experienced developers will of course come up with a tailor-made solution that suits your needs.

Integration with other systems
